Subject: [PATCH] feat(12-05): add spawnArchitectDecompose tRPC procedure

- Import buildDecomposePrompt from agent prompts
- Add spawnArchitectDecompose procedure for decompose mode
- Validates plan and phase exist before spawning
- Spawns agent with decompose mode and comprehensive prompt
