- Add `createTaskForAgent` tRPC mutation: resolves agent → task → phase, creates sibling task
- Add `cw task add <name> --agent-id <id>` CLI command
- Replace `{AGENT_ID}` and `{AGENT_NAME}` placeholders in writeInputFiles() before flushing
- Update docs/agent.md and docs/cli-config.md
