Lukas May 4becfe8452 feat(18-02): create TaskRow component

Renders a single task row with Unicode tree connectors (├── / └──),
StatusBadge, inline agent name, and DependencyIndicator for blocked
tasks. Entire row is clickable with hover feedback.
